Objectiveness

Quality   Counsellors   The role of quality counsellor   Objectiveness

The quality counsellor must be objective, must not emanate from her or himself or the organisation she or he works for in counselling work, but rather from the professional bases on which her or his work is founded. All the counsellor’s work, as well as all the findings and results must be based on hard data, even if such data isn’t particularly favourable for the organisation.
