A quality counsellor in adult education is a person with appropriate professional competencies who counsels all those included in processes of the implementation of processes of self-evaluation or of quality implementation and development in an educational organisation, so that these processes can run effectively and bring results that enable constant quality development.
 
A quality counsellor in adult education also acts as a coordinator for different activities for quality development in adult education in an educational organisation and in agreement with the quality group also carries out agreed activities. Quality counselling is based upon:

ethical principles of quality counselling

and
