Quality   Counsellors   The role of quality counsellor   Confidentiality

In the processes of quality assessment and development we are constantly faced with different, as well as personal, data and the estimates about the quality of individual processes and achievements. The information the counsellor gathers is confidential and intended exclusively for quality assessment and development. The counsellor must not use it for personal purposes nor pass it on to third persons not included in the activities for quality assessment and development. This is also one of the fundamental principles of guidance work; if a counsellor breaches it, she or he immediately loses the right to carry out guidance work in adult education.
