The counsellor must respect the wishes of the educational organisation and its quality group.
|
|
The counsellor always works within the frame set by her or his professional mission and the wishes of the educational organisation and its quality group. The counsellor cannot force her or his suggestions on them, push them to accept counsels for the questions they do not find important, or independently set individual tasks if others do not agree with them. The counsellor in an educational organisation cannot be a superior person, but one of the equals, however with some additional specific knowledge.
