familiarises her-/himself with the role and tasks of a quality counsellor in adult education;
learns about the quality counsellors’ ethics codex and the principles of guidance work;
learns about leading quality principles in the field of education and in the field of industry/economy and thinks about how she or he will present these fundamental principles to the management and staff in the educational organisations where they will carry out guidance activity;
gets trained for guidance work in the processes of determining quality – formulating vision, mission, common values and long-term goals of quality in adult education in educational organisations where he or she will work as a counsellor;
gets qualified to provide help and give quality feedback in planning and execution of quality assessment in adult education using the method and techniques of self-evaluation;
gets qualified to offer guidance help and quality feedback in the processes of planning the implementation of quality improvements into adult education in an organisation and guidance with their implementation into practice;
gains skills to counsel educational organisation in the processes of internal motivation of their employees for quality;
gets trained to counsel the educational organisations in the processes of defining the key “interest groups” and establishing and maintaining quality communication and dialogue with them when questions of quality are concerned;
gets acquainted with the importance of the activity of informing educational organisations about formal requirements connected to the care for quality in adult education in educational organisations (legislation, regulations, decrees);
learns how important it is to inform educational organisations about the activities connected to quality on the European level and counsels them about how they can participate in it.
