In the second year of participation in the project, the organisations allocate all the attention to quality development - the realisation of set measures for quality improvement. It is important that the realisation of measures doesn't remain limited to the quality group, but attracts a wider circle of employees to implementing improvements. Only then will the work that was put into in-depth self-evaluation yield results.
