How to enter the OQEA project

An educational organisation can join the project if it is selected at the tender of the Ministry of Education and Sports. The terms and conditions for first time participants in the Ministry of Education and Sports tender - General terms and conditions: Any natural or legal person registered to perform educational activity who complies with the special terms for participation in the OQEA project can apply for the co-financing tender.
- Special terms for the OQEA project: the organisations that carry out publicly certified programmes of adult education; have never been financed for the OQEA project; can provide a quality group that will implement the project into the organisation and monitor its execution are eligible to apply. The educational organisation must ensure the participation of the members of the quality group at trainings and guidance workshops at the SIAE. Likewise, it must guarantee that it will make it possible for those colleagues who will participate in the quality group to carry out individual procedures of self-evaluation in educational organisation.
The conditions for participation in the second year of the project - General terms and conditions as stipulated for the tender by the MoES every year: as above.
- Special terms for the OQEA project: successfully completed work in the first year of the project, which an educational organisation proves by having a formulated vision, mission, and values in adult education; the organisation carries out self-evaluation and completes a self-evaluation report; ensures participation of quality group members in SIAE training and guidance workshops. Likewise, it must guarantee that it will make it possible for those colleagues who will participate in the quality group to carry out individual procedures of self-evaluation in educational organisation.
Occasionally, the funding body adds other conditions to the ones above, this can be seen in the tender every year. A successful bid guarantees the educational organisation: - the right to participate in the project;
- financial aid, mostly intended to provide opportunities so that the quality group members can participate in the SIAE training and guidance workshops, cover other material costs of the group, and partly intended to cover the costs of those activities the organisation is implementing to improve quality,
- participation in education, and guidance in project execution, offered by the SIAE.
