An important step in the preparation of the self-evaluation plan is determining the sources from which the organisation will get its data, information, opinions, points of view and methods (e.g., questionnaires, interviews, benchmarking, focus groups). 1. A manual with a CD-rom with a list of questions for quality assessment;
   
   
2. A web-based collection of questions for quality assessment in adult education which enables them to create and fill in questionnaires online.
