An example of demonstration of important internal and external interest groups

The next thing to consider in the OQEA project is which interest groups are particularly important for the educational organisation. We think about the groups that can importantly influence the quality of the work in the organisation, or which the organisation influences with its work.

Every educational organisation determines the most important internal and external interest groups (employees, participants, employers, professional institutions ...). It carries out an analysis of how much and how these groups have already participated in determining, assessing and developing quality, and considers how they can cooperate in these processes in the future.
