Nominating the quality group

The management of the educational organisation nominates a quality group. The project itself doesn't specify who the members of the quality group should be. We advise that it include at least representatives from the management, the head/organiser of adult education, teachers' representatives, other staff (administrators, accountants, etc.).

If the educational organisation already has a quality group or committee, there is no need to nominate a new group to participate in the OQEA project - the work on the OQEA project can be connected to the activities that the quality committee is carrying out already.

The quality group or committee participates in carrying out individual phases of quality assessment and development, organises different activities connected to the self-evaluation in the collective and motivates the staff for an active participation in the quality assessment and development.

Two members of the quality group take part in training and guidance workshops at the Slovenian Institute for Adult Education.
