In accordance with the Regulations, that entered into force woth 1.1.2016, organization can obtain the right to use the Green OQEA logo, if it can prove that it meets specified quality standards. Namely, the organization must demonstrate that:
  1.  the internal processes of quality in adult education are embedded in the fundamental strategic documents,
  2. it addresses the issue of the quality of adult education in adult education councils or equivalent bodies in the organization of educators in the organization,
  3. has a working commitee/group for quality;
  4. uses different methods of internal quality assessment of adult education,
  5. monitors and assesses various factors of quality of adult education,
  6. through regular self-evaluation cycles systematically derives an in-depth self-evaluation,
  7. through regular self-evaluation cycles prepares a written action plan for the development of quality in adult education,
  8. through regular self-evaluation cycles introduces improvements in the quality of adult education.
 
Achieving quality standards is assessed using the Criteria for the granting and renewing of the right to use the Green OQEA logo. The criteria are evaluated with points. The organization must demonstrate that it meets all the standards of quality, and among the criteria defining the standards at least 10 points out of 18 possible points are mandatory.
