The thesis studies the evaluation process in educational programmes and training intended for adult participants, in particular the attitude of participants towards evaluation. Individual phases of evaluation are presented and also the types, models, and criteria of evaluations. The author tried to determine what quality education should be like, and at the same time pointed out to some quality indicators.
