EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES FOR ADULTS

The thesis studies the topic of curriculum evaluation and development in adult education. The fundamental objective of the thesis was to study different manners and methods we have available to evaluate curricula in adult education. While doing this, the author analysed different curriculum models in education and quality models developed in industry. The thesis also shows an international comparative analysis of measures used in developed European countries to ensure quality. With taking the analysis findings into account the author creates a draft of a hypothetical model or a holistic strategy to for ensuring and developing quality in adult education.
