In her thesis, the author studied the participant satisfaction as an element of ensuring quality of service in an adult education organisation, in particular she concentrated on the participant satisfaction in adult education in ZIK Èrnomelj. The objective of the thesis was to test the OQEA model in a concrete organisation, determine quality indicators with the emphasis on participant satisfaction as one of the most important indicators.
