THE EFFECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OQEA SELF-EVALUATION MODEL IN ADULT EDUCATION ORGANISATIONS

THE EFFECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OQEA SELF-EVALUATION MODEL IN ADULT EDUCATION ORGANISATIONS
Milena Zoriæ, 2003

Publisher and place of publishing: Filozofska fakulteta, Ljubljana
Type of publication: Bachelor’s thesis

The thesis studies the problem of quality in adult education. Several foreign models of quality evaluation in adult education are presented: the model of responsive evaluation, the model of participatory evaluation and the model of evaluation with empowerment.  The author compared foreign models with the self-evaluation model that was being developed in Slovenia and at the same time being implemented into adult education organisations, the Offering Quality Education to Adults - OQEA model. She tried to find out how the staff responded to the OQEA model and how it influenced the future work of the educational organisation in finding out about the quality of adult education.

The publication is available at: https://arhiv-kakovost.acs.si/doc/N-672-1.pdf (Slovenian only)
