In this publication, the author studies three important quality processes: quality determination, assessment and development.

When reading, the reader can first think about how the definitions of quality are created and how they are influenced by our values and interest. In continuation it leads the reader into researching the answer to the question about who is responsible for quality in education and who should assess this quality. The third area of study are certain aspects of quality development processes, and the author focuses particularly on the creation and exchange of knowledge and good practices.
