MEASURING SATISFACTION OF PARTICIPANTS IN ADULT EDUCATION

MEASURING SATISFACTION OF PARTICIPANTS IN ADULT EDUCATION
Tanja Možina, 2007

Publisher and place of publishing: Andragoški center Slovenije, Ljubljana
Type of publication: monograph

Participant satisfaction is one of the most important factors in assessing and developing quality of educational organisations. This is why it's becoming more and more important to know different possibilities and manners of measuring participant satisfaction and get trained to use them. The author presents different definitions of participant satisfaction and links them to the expectations and meanings that participants assign to different quality indicators. The text also includes the examples of possible manners and methods of participant satisfaction measuring.
