In order to promote the culture of quality, different incentives are very important: this way, the best and highest achieving organisations can be properly rewarded. Such incentives acknowledge their achievements and also promote quality work that motivates others. It is for this particular reason that the SIAE developed two incentives intended to motivate and reward educational organisations and experts who care about their work and are willing to constantly learn, try out new things, systematically assess effects of their work and implement measures for quality development:

• the green OQEA quality logo means that the educational organisation systematically monitors its quality and the quality of its services in adult education;
  
  
• award for quality development in adult education can be received by an educational organisation or an individual who proves that he or she achieves the standards set by the SIAE and thus cares systematically for the quality development in adult education. The award is given by the SIAE based on the selection made by the Awards Committee.
